a Brazilian-American actor and performance artist based in Brooklyn, NY. She is a proud alumna of NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, graduating with a BFA in May 2025

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Gabi grew up immersed in music, theater, and creative writing. From a young age, she actively participated in choirs, a cappella groups, musicals, and plays, while also exploring photography and songwriting.

In 2021, Gabi moved to New York City to pursue her artistic ambitions and deepen her understanding of human behavior. She trained at renowned studios including Atlantic Theater Company, Playwrights Horizons Theater School, and Stonestreet Studios, while also earning a minor in psychology.

Gabi’s artistic path transformed when she began working with Ruben Polendo through his Reinventions of Love class and joined Theater Mitu for an Artistic Intensive in India. There, she encountered a transdisciplinary approach to art-making that deeply resonated with her, sparking a self-affirming and expansive journey as an artist.
